Shape the future with us! The Weber Group likes to promote the talents of tomorrow. In doing so, we look to foster initiative and a sense of responsibility, as well as to strengthen our trainees' individual talents.
Learning and discovering are the key terms for us in this regard; we know that a new trainee does not yet have the same knowledge and know-how as a long-standing employee. Our trainees also get to know all our company’s departments, which ensures their comprehensive understanding of the entire corporate structure. Our high number of trainees, the family environment, helpful colleagues, flat hierarchies and clear structures make it even easier for our employees to start their careers. Our trained and professional team of instructors looks after and supports each trainee individually, and is always open to questions or listening to problems.
It is our goal to take on as many trainees as we are able once they have successfully completed their training - as a growing company we are always on the lookout for committed individuals prepared to take on challenging projects.

Shape the future with us! The Weber Group seeks to promote the talents of tomorrow. In doing so, we look to foster initiative and a sense of responsibility, as well as to strengthen our trainees' individual talents.
Working together with other companies from the region, we are developing an apprenticeship system with two main focuses: learning and discovery. We realise that a new trainee does not yet have the same knowledge and know-how as a long-standing employee. That’s why our trainees, who all are working towards different specialisations, pass through each of the various departments of our company. which ensures their comprehensive understanding of the entire corporate structure. The family environment, helpful colleagues, flat hierarchies and clear structures make it even easier to get started in the world of work. Our trained and professional team of instructors looks after and supports each trainee individually, and is always open to questions or listening to problems.
It is our goal to take on as many trainees as we are able once they have successfully completed their training - as a growing company we are always on the lookout for committed individuals prepared to take on challenging projects.
