The Supervisory Board
With the handover of the CEO baton to Andreas Becker, Dr Thomas Zipp - after more than three decades of management responsibility - moved to the chairmanship of the Supervisory board on 1 February 2023. He is now responsible for implementing the strategy of entrepreneurial family ZIPP. The Supervisory Board is thus joins forces with the Executive Board to actively shape a bright and sustainable future of the WEBER Group.
We have successfully completed the CEO generation change according to our long term planning. Thus since February 2023 our CEO Andreas Becker runs the WEBER Group as a professional, highly experienced external Top Manager, and he is encouraged by our entrepreneurial family.
